Due Diligence
 Bramble can conduct due diligence and perform a range of assessments and estimates regarding assets, inventory, operations, accounts, and financial statements. If desired, Bramble can also provide advice & services regarding turnaround/liquidation management and tactics.
Turnaround & distressed asset management services are new to the Bramble services portfolio. We are one of several advisory organizations that can provide resource leverage and availability to staff per specific client needs, including experienced turnaround and interim management professionals. Bramble’s own resource portfolio is augmented via our partner network, which includes Compass Advisory Partners (Pittsburgh, PA) and Aemstel Ventures (Amsterdam, NL).

Projects
 Bramble can be relied upon for professional, no-nonsense project planning and execution. Bramble resources can integrate with existing project plans and/or lead projects from inception to completion. Project-based work is the foundation of our group’s experience and reputation, and Bramble services are typically delivered in fluid, project-based environments.
Bramble will work within the scope of a larger project, or we can plan and run multiple projects in the program management role. The scope of our responsibilities can be as deep or limited as necessary. Bramble will work with you to draft a Statement Of Work (SOW) that describes the expectations, boundaries and deliverables included (and excluded) per each engagement. Bramble has a proven record of exceeding client’s needs in scope and under budget.
